The firms mid -year 2007 report indicates a 15.9% decline in the number of positive tests for cocaine use during the first 6 months of 2007 compared to the figures for 2006. The tests were a combination of general workers and those in safety sensitive positions which testing is federally mandated. The highest decline occurred in the New England area.
