Reduce Tanning Bed Use
There is a 75 % increase in melanoma risk among people who expose themselves to a tanning bed before the age of 35 .
Interrupted Sleep
If you have interrupted sleep or find yourself staring at the ceiling in the middle of the night, you should know this may harm your heart. Researchers at the University of California in San Diego monitored 135 healthy men overnight. They collected and analyzed their blood and found that interrupted sleep can increase clot promoting proteins.
To help sleep deeper and through the night, limit the amount of carbs you eat before bedtime. When you eat carbs late in the day, it causes your blood-sugar and insulin to drop significantly at night. When your body notices this change, it awakens and seeks more food.
Cloudy Apple Juice?
If your apple juice is cloudy, drink up. In a recent study, Polish scientists determined that unfiltered apple juice contains four times more disease fighting antioxidants than the clear, purified kind does. Look for for brands that say 100% apple juice that you can’t see through.

There is a 68% reduction in colon cancer risk from drinking 3 glasses of red wine each week
