Your Heart's Desire ~ Principal 2

Gain the Support of Your Subconscious Mind

Now that you have focused on what you want to create, you can now teach yourself what you consciously desire and what you subconsciously believe. These two need to be in agreement for you to succeed.

If your attention is on your conscious desire, but your subconscious is in disbelief, there is conflict and you will not attain your goal.

If you get stuck, you can remedy this easily, by talking directly to your subconscious and tell it what you have decided to create.. Your subconscious mind only knows 'yes'...it can't argue or disagree. If you say to yourself...I want to succeed; your subconscious mind will say, yes, I want to succeed. If you say success is bad, then your subconscious mind will say, yes, success is bad. Getting the hang of it? Mixed messages will have you going in circles.

This yes machine produces exactly what you believe and what you worry about. If you want to go in the direction of love, dwell on successful examples of love. If you want to move toward health, think of pleasant images of health and balance. The same goes for whatever it is you desire. Keep focusing your attention on these ideas until you believe they are waiting for you.

What Do You Believe?
Imagine what would happen if you actually did attain your dream How good can you stand it? That's as good as it gets.

Affirmations are another way to gain the support of your subconscious mind. Saying something positive to yourself over and over. It may sound silly, but it works.
Tell your subconscious mind that negative beliefs are no longer in charge. Burn and release them and replace then with positive thoughts.

Meditation

Close your eyes and pay attention to your breath. Focus on your heart's desire. If you find any negative distractions: worries, fears or other people's opinion, pull those out of your conscious and see them being released into the air or swallowed up by the ground. Imagine your conscious and subconscious mind coming together and focus on positive. Now make a conscious decision to be receptive to positive and your heart's desire. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes.

Hi ajayprabnu,
Thank you very much for taking the time. I really believe in "your heart's desire" and wanted to share it with my readers. It will make a difference in your daily life...personal and business. Taking care of our mind, body and soul is something we forget to do.
Keep positive!

Linguistically speaking we are what we think we are. A child who is told he is a bad, bad child becomes a bad, bad child as minuscule neuro pathways are formed in the brain with repetition of words/thoughts. One must reverse this in some way and have "you are a good child" repeated until new pathways are formed.

If you think it enough, hear it enough with all other things remaining status quo you should become it.

Good points, if only we all would believe, think and repeat.

Cooper,
Nice of you to stop by. You are right on the money with your comment. We need to keep negative thoughts and the negative thoughts of others out of our minds and replace them with postive ones. We are what we believe.
Keep positive!
